Filled with new material, this highly interactive seminar is led by Christopher C Muller, PhD. He has focused his research on multi-unit restaurant brand management; chain restaurant organisation development and growth; and the training of multi-unit managers for more than 25 years.
This Propel Masterclass provides the restaurant entrepreneur, rising corporate manager or seasoned professional with new perspectives and practical knowledge. Prof Muller has shared his teaching and research with many of the leading restaurant companies in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. He is one of the founders of the European Food Service Summit and is currently Professor of the Practice at Boston University’s School of Hospitality. This programme is based on his experience of being a restaurant owner/operator and his extensive work with managers and leaders from all levels of the global restaurant community.
He is the author of “The Leader of Managers: Leading in a Multi-Unit, Multi-Site & Multi-Concept Word”; companion workbook “The Leader of Managers: A Workbook for Team Development”; and “Four Dimensional Leadership: The Individual, The Life Cycle, The Organization, The Community”.

2.00pm – 2.30pm: Creating customer stickiness while being their frictionless partner
How to enhance your customer’s habitual behaviours while creating the path to no “cost” purchasing and a burning desire to return.

3.20pm – 4.00pm: Building a culture of profitable sales and service
Lee Sheldon, founder of Mastering Multi-Units (MMU), will share case histories of success and learning gained in the application of culture to drive results using different power levers for different outcomes.
