✪ Three nights stay at Resorts World
✪ Two casino tours
✪ Two bar and nightclub & Experiential tours
✪ Two hosted dinners
We will begin the study tour with key insight from an industry specialist based out of Las Vegas, followed by a visit to ‘Famous Foods Street Eats’ at Resorts World, then onto the Wynn and the Venetian to look at two very different casino operations and food & beverage offerings, moving onto the LINQ, home to the Yard House, a Brewpub with over 140 taps and 100+ beers, next onto Brooklyn Bowl, a 75,000 sq ft live entertainment and experiential venue to meet chief executive Chris White.
Next up is Drai’s, the number 1 Hip Hop Day & Nightclub in the US to meet Tim Martino, VP Hosting to look at revenue per guest optimisation.
First up on the evening tour is Toca Madeira, located at the Aria, the hottest bar & restaurant ticket on the strip right now and is a great example of how premium dining is elevating its proposition. Hidden in plain site is Ghost Donkey, a cool Tequila & Mezcal speakeasy at the Cosmopolitan. Superfrico is a dinner experience like no other, entertaining, immersive, great fun and will host the tour on the first night.
A speakeasy with entertainment is up next, tucked away behind a working Barbershop at the Cosmopolitan, and for vibe dining it’s onto the Mayfair at the Bellagio, then to cap the first day we will visit one of the must-see nightclubs to experience superb Audio & Visual delivery and elevated bottle to table service.
We start the morning tour with not one but two outstanding food extravaganzas, first up is Block 16 Urban food Hall complete with a speakeasy pizza joint at the Cosmopolitan and then onto the latest opening, Proper Eats Food Hall, at the Aria.
We then head onto Eataly at the Park MGM, to meet the GM, Luca Eposito diCarubbene for a walk and talk of the operation and Q & A on guest experience.
Taking a departure from the Strip, we head onto Area 15, home to the latest experiential operations to arrive in the city, namely, Omega Mart, Illuminarium & Particle Ink.
The evening tour commences with a visit to Kitty Kitty, a speakeasy at Resorts World before heading off to Bachanal at Caesars Palace to experience an extravagant buffet like no other you have seen, before meeting with several industry executives to discuss the market, trends, and opportunities for new entrants.
Delilah at the Wynn delivers vibe dining in a super classy format and a must see before capping the night off with a visit to another premier nightclub.
The next day we will experience the new Brewdog rooftop and meet James Brown, the chief executive of the company’s bars division to discuss overseas expansion, plenty of time also to pick up the best Brewpubs and Sportsbook operations in the city such as Circa in Fremont street which boasts the largest outdoor screen in the state and is quite something, plus there is also the little matter of the bar & nightclub show to attend for those who still have the energy.
Flight home, arriving Wednesday 29th March.
