10.00am-10.30am: Debbie Hewitt, MBE, talks about her career in business. Debbie was appointed chairwoman of the Football Association in June 2021 and is the first woman to hold the post, having previously being chairwoman of The Restaurant Group. She talks about her career to date and her route to becoming a chair in our sector.

10.30am-11.00am: CEO PANEL: Alison Wright, chief executive of Fitzbillies, Sarah Weir, managing director of Albion & East, and Emma Banks, vice president F&B strategy and development EMEA at Hilton, discuss what it takes to lead successfully in a rapidly changing world.

11.00am-11.30am: Charlene Lyons, chief executive of Black Sheep Brewery, talks about her role as chief executive, the challenges she’s faced and her guiding principles for being an inspirational leader.

11.30am-12.00pm: Helen Charlesworth, managing director of Stonegate Pub Company, talks about how she motivates and inspires people to do their best.

12.00pm-1.00pm: Lunch

1.00pm-1.30pm: MEMBERSHIP LEADERS PANEL: Kate Nicholls, OBE, chief executive of UKHospitality, chair of the London Tourism Board and chair of ACC Liverpool, Emma McClarkin, chief executive of BBPA and chair of the Worldwide Brewing Alliance, and Katariina Reissaar MIH, chair of the Institute of Hospitality’s Youth Council, discuss how their organisations help women progress and grow within their different sectors.

1.30pm-2.00pm: An interview with Rebecca Mascarenhas, co-owner of Michelin-starred Elystan Street in Chelsea and Kitchen W8 in Kensington, with chef Phil Howard, and has more than three decades of industry experience about her career to date.

2.00pm-3.00pm: PEOPLE PANEL: Hosted by Clare Willetts, founder and chief executive of Not Only Pink and Blue, talks about her journey in the sector and will then host a panel of speakers. On the panel, Amanda Smyth, head of people of Scoffs Group, Gabi Clipp, head of people of Urban Pubs and Bars, and Karen Bosher, independent board and business advisor.

3.00pm-3.30pm: Coffee break

3.30pm-4.00pm: FINANCE AND INVESTMENT PANEL: Lizzie Ryan-Podbury, partner at Imbiba, Vic Stewart, chief financial officer at the Alchemist Bar and Restaurant and co-founder of the Six Percent Club, Linda Nguyenova, investor at BGF, and Claire Catlin, chief financial officer at Moto Hospitality, will discuss how women can progress in finance and investment in the sector.

4.00pm-4.30pm: Anna Watkins, managing director at Barrafina Group, made a career switch less than a year ago from advertising to hospitality in order to join Harts Group and their portfolio of six brands, Quo Vadis, El Pastor, Parrillan, The Drop and Bar Daskal, and 14 locations around London. Here she tells her story.

4.30pm-5.15pm: FOUNDERS PANEL: Alice Williams MBE, founder of Luminary Bakery, Sarah Brading, founder of Flat Earth Pizzas, and Zoe Paskin, co-founder/managing director of Paskin, talk about how they established their businesses, their learnings, and their advice to others.

5.15pm-6.30pm: After conference tropical non-alcoholic cocktails sponsored by Caleño
